Benzyl Alcohol+capsaicin+diclofenac Diethylamine+linseed Oil+menthol+methyl Salicylate belongs to the class of medications called 'Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID)' used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, strain, sprain, arthritis, and low back pain. Musculoskeletal pain could occur due to arthritis, osteoporosis, fractures, dislocations, problems with the bone structure, or injury to the bones, joints, tendons, muscles, and ligaments. Osteoarthritis is a joint disease in which the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage. 

Benzyl Alcohol+capsaicin+diclofenac Diethylamine+linseed Oil+menthol+methyl Salicylate is a combination of six drugs: Diclofenac diethylamine, Capsaicin, Methyl salicylate, Linseed oil, Benzyl alcohol, and Menthol. Diclofenac diethylamine and Methyl salicylate are painkillers, which work by blocking the effect of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make another chemical prostaglandin (PG). By blocking the COX enzyme's effect, lesser PGs are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site. Capsaicin is a natural extract of chilli pepper that works by blocking the pain messengers to the nerves. Linseed oil possesses an anti-inflammatory agent that inhibits inflammatory mediators like leukotrienes (LK), reducing inflammation. On the other hand, Menthol and Benzyl alcohol are soothing and cooling agents which provide a cooling sensation by dilating the blood vessels, followed by an analgesic effect. It also enhances the penetration of drugs. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as application site reactions like itching, irritation, redness, and burning sensation. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Benzyl Alcohol+capsaicin+diclofenac Diethylamine+linseed Oil+menthol+methyl Salicylate is for external use only. Clean and dry the affected area. Take a pea-sized amount onto your finger and apply it directly onto the affected area. If it comes in contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse with water immediately.
